Scheduling Policies
Pre-appointment details
Exam Candidates: Before booking your Oral & Practical Exam, make sure to complete all written exams and have all your paperwork ready.
Consultations: Come prepared with an overview of your project, a timeline for its execution, and the outcomes you aim to achieve.
Cancellation policies
Exam Candidates: Exams cannot be canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled date. However, you may reschedule exams by emailing us in advance.
Consultations: Canceled complimentary consultations can be rescheduled on this page. For paid consultations, rescheduling will need to be managed by our team.
Payment policies
Exam Candidates: The booking fee is for the creation of your exam via the PSI website. After scheduling, refunds are not available. Exam fees will be collected on the exam day.
Consultations: Your initial 30-minute consultation is complimentary. For an extended consultation, you may schedule it through this page.
